You must notify us in writing of any cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival. In the event of cancellation notification after such dates, a late cancellation charge will apply as follows:

1. Cancellations made two weeks prior to arrival you must pay 1 night stay.
2. Cancellations made earlier than one week before arrival you must pay Two Nights stay
3. No Show will charge 100% from total Invoice
4. You are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order.
5. You must pay any damages or losses incurred during occupation.
6. A credit card imprint or refundable security deposit of US $ 200 is required upon guest check in.
